Swim Meet 101

Here you will find the answers to many questions parents are probably already having. We hope we can set your mind at ease, but if you ever need help, please don't hesitate to e-mail us!

    • Swimmer & Volunteer Check-In Procedure
      • Swimmer Check-In:
Your swimmer(s) must check-in by the required time so that we can confirm all swimmers are present. This is important as absences can create last-minute changes to events or relays.
      • Volunteer Check-In:
ALL Volunteers (regardless of whether you work 1st Shift, 2nd Shift or the entire meet) must check-in by the required time so that we can confirm all shifts are covered. Upon check in, you'll receive your volunteer name tag and have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your function.
    • What to bring to meets for swimmers:
      • A blanket or extra towel for your swimmer to sit on
      • A sharpie in case there are any last-minute changes to your child's events
      • Snacks! Meets can take a while and we want to make sure your swimmer has snacks available during the meet!
      • Games, books, and other entertainment. There can sometimes be a lull between events for your swimmer and we don't want them to get bored!
